Check the traps first. Scan a close photo of anything caught and Shoo names it and gives you a plan, or says not sure and asks for another photo.

Nobody can promise an empty house stays bug free. Shoo is built to help you notice early and pick the right fix.

Bait and traps go where the label says, away from children and pets, even in a house that is often empty.
Pros when needed
A large infestation or rats in the walls is a job for a local professional. The guides say so, and a scan plan says when to call one.
Questions
Is the scan free?
On the website, your first scan is free and your email adds 2 more. In the app, the first few will be free, then scanning is part of a monthly or yearly plan, and Shoo Places adds the tools for looking after more than one home.
Do I need anything installed in the house?
No. Shoo runs in your phone's browser today, and the app is planned. Monitor traps are cheap sticky cards that sit on the floor; they show what walked past while you were away.
Can someone else check the house for me?
Caretaker access is planned so a neighbour or cleaner can scan traps for you. It is not built yet, which is why it says Coming later.
Will you ship to my holiday address?
Shoo does not sell products yet. The plan names what to buy, so you can order it to the house from any shop.
