The label wins
Every product plan will link its label. If our advice and the label ever differ, follow the label.
Kids and pets
After a scan, tick children or pets at home. Your plan then puts everything out of their reach and tells you to check each label for what suits your home.
Regulated products
Bait, growth regulators and deterrent sprays are regulated, and the rules differ by country. Check the label and your local rules before you buy one.
Humane with animals
No poisons, no glue traps, nothing built to injure. We keep animals away, we do not hurt them.
What the detector does
It names the bug from your photo and says how sure it is. When it is unsure, it asks for another photo.
What it cannot do
It does not replace a professional, a doctor or a vet. For bites, stings or poisoning, get medical help.
In an emergency
If someone swallows a product or is bitten, call your local emergency number or poison centre at once, and have the label with you.
